At Legacy Dental, our primary concern and responsibility is you. We are here to provide the best treatment, the best services, with the best equipment using the latest technology to provide you with the best solution to your particular needs. Once again, our goal is to help you keep your teeth & gums healthy for the rest of your life. Unfortunately, insurance companies are large conglomerates with a board of directors and shareholders that must show a profit. Profits are achieved in one way: taking in more for premiums than paying out in benefits. The list of exclusions, the percentage of a procedure that is covered, the waiting period for service charges each year are not in your favor. Insurance companies are in the business of keeping costs down and we are in the business of keeping your teeth & gums healthy. We demand the highest of standards from our staff, technicians and lab services. Unfortunately, some insurance companies tend to dictate materials used and procedures, therefore potentially affecting the quality of service and ultimately your oral health. Thus, we have made the decision that we do not work for the insurance companies and will not lower our standards in order to save a dollar or two. They are in the business of keeping insurance costs down but we are in the business of providing exceptional care.

We will be happy to submit any insurance coverage you may have and any balance remaining after the insurance has been paid, will be your responsibility.For your convenience we have several financing options available, and they are as follows:

1. Cash, Money Order or Check day of service - or a 5% Discount for "pre-payment in full" at the time of consultation.

2. Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Am. Express) day of service. For your convenience, if you have insurance, we will keep your card on file and automatically charge any amount remaining after insurance and send you an itemized receipt via mail.

3. Care Credit - offers a line of credit for health care needs in excess of $750.00. A credit line can be applied for and approval obtained within 10 to 15 minutes, over the telephone, while you wait in our office. This line of credit allows you to tailor installment options from 3 months to 5 years, depending upon the amount. Some options are interest free.

4. DentalBanc - offers to automatically withdraw funds per an agreed upon installment payment plan with a down payment that will be automatically deducted from a checking account or a credit card. There is an annual $25 service fee.

5. Installment Payment Plan - agreed to equal monthly installments -- 30% down payment at the time of consultation, (only for account balances in excess of $500.00) Please refer to agreement below.

6. Insurance (those accepting of benefits) - 30% down payment at the time of consultation. Utilizing one of the above methods, balance remaining after Insurance processing, due in full. In the case where you do have insurance coverage, we will file insurance for the portion of the fee that we estimate they will cover. Once payment from insurance has been received, any balance still remaining will be billed to you. If you wish to finance the amount your insurance does not cover, the arrangements must be agreed to prior to treatment. If the payment from insurance results in a credit balance, this will be refunded to you.
